MARKETPLACE OVERVIEW
DNFR is a curated marketplace where domain names are listed for sale by DNFR or by third‑party sellers.
All offers submitted through the Make‑An‑Offer form are reviewed by DNFR before being forwarded to the seller.
NO REFUNDS – ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of digital assets, all domain name sales are final.
No refunds, reversals, or chargebacks are permitted once payment is completed.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES
Buyers are responsible for:
• Submitting accurate contact information
• Ensuring they have the ability to complete payment
• Understanding the transfer process for domain names
• Responding promptly to DNFR or the seller when contacted
SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Sellers must:
• Provide accurate domain information
• Maintain control of the domain until transfer
• Complete the transfer promptly after payment
• Follow DNFR marketplace policies
OFFER REVIEW PROCESS
All offers submitted through DNFR are reviewed for compliance.
DNFR may reject offers that:
• Attempt to bypass DNFR
• Include direct contact information
• Violate marketplace policies
• Are fraudulent or suspicious
PAYMENT & TRANSFER
Payment instructions are provided on each domain listing.
All DNFR commission payments are processed on behalf of DNFR Marketplace by Everything Entertainment Biz Inc, the parent company operating DNFR.
Once payment is received, the seller will initiate the domain transfer.
Transfer times vary depending on registrar policies.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on DNFR, including text, images, branding, and layout, is the property of Everything Entertainment Biz Inc.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DNFR and Everything Entertainment Biz Inc. are not liable for:
• Registrar delays
• Buyer or seller negligence
• Losses resulting from misuse of domain names
• Third‑party service interruptions
PRIVACY
DNFR collects only the information necessary to process offers and complete transactions.
Information is not sold or shared outside of DNFR and the seller involved in the transaction.
Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe on behalf of Everything Entertainment Biz Inc.
