COMMISSION & PAYOUTS
DNFR (Domain Names For Resale) uses a simple, transparent commission structure designed to support sellers, protect buyers, and maintain a secure, trustworthy marketplace.
DNFR COMMISSION
DNFR charges a 12% commission on all completed domain sales. Commission is automatically deducted at checkout through Stripe Split Pay.
SELLER PAYOUTS
Sellers receive the remaining balance (88%) directly to their connected Stripe account. Payouts are handled securely and automatically once the buyer completes payment.
PARENT COMPANY
All DNFR commission payments are processed on behalf of DNFR Marketplace by Everything Entertainment Biz Inc, the parent company operating DNFR.
WHEN COMMISSION IS CHARGED
Commission applies only when:
• A buyer completes a purchase, or
• A seller accepts an offer and payment is made
There are no monthly fees, no renewal fees beyond the listing fee, and no charges for declined or ignored offers.
LISTING FEE
Each domain submission requires a $10 listing fee. This fee covers review, listing setup, offer handling, and a 60‑day listing duration. Listing fees are non‑refundable unless DNFR rejects the domain during review.
OFFERS & NEGOTIATION
If a seller enables offers:
• All offers and counteroffers are facilitated through DNFR
• DNFR manages communication to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Final accepted offers are processed through DNFR checkout
This ensures secure payment, proper documentation, and correct commission routing.
SECURE PAYMENTS
All payments are processed through Stripe using Split Pay:
• DNFR receives its commission
• Sellers receive their payout
• Transactions remain secure, traceable, and compliant
DNFR does not store payment card information.
