SELLER AGREEMENT
DNFR is an all inclusive domain resale marketplace. We prioritize domains that support real communities, including accessibility, disabilities, trades, homesteading, family life, education, senior living, and other mission aligned categories. DNFR reserves the right to decline domains that do not support these communities or do not align with DNFR’s inclusive standards.
This Seller Agreement outlines the rules, standards, and responsibilities for
listing domain names on DNFR (Domain Names For Resale). By submitting a domain,
you agree to the terms below.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY MARKETPLACE
DNFR is a curated, family-friendly platform. Sellers may not submit domains
containing:
• Hate speech or extremist content
• Pornography or explicit adult material
• Violence, harassment, or abusive language
• Illegal activity or scam-related terms
• Trademark violations or brand impersonation
• Misleading, harmful, or deceptive content
DNFR may reject or remove any listing that violates these standards.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Sellers must be 18 years of age or older. By submitting a domain, you confirm
that you meet this requirement.
LISTING FEE
Each domain submission requires a $10 listing fee. This fee covers:
• Marketplace review and approval
• Listing setup and formatting
• Offer handling and communication
• 60-day listing duration
Listing fees are non-refundable unless DNFR rejects your domain during review.
LISTING APPROVAL
All submissions enter “Pending Review.” DNFR reviews each domain for quality,
accuracy, and compliance. Approved listings go live automatically. DNFR may
reject any submission at its discretion.
LISTING DURATION & RENEWAL
Approved listings remain active for 60 days. Sellers may renew their listing
for an additional 60 days by paying the standard listing fee.
PRICING & OFFERS
Sellers may:
• List at a fixed price only, or
• Enable offers and set a minimum acceptable offer
Accepting offers is optional and not required.
All offers and counteroffers are facilitated through DNFR to ensure accurate communication, proper documentation, and secure payment processing.
ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION
Sellers may not contact buyers outside of DNFR to offer additional domains,
products, or services. All domain sales initiated through DNFR must be
completed through DNFR.
This includes all accepted offers, negotiated prices, and any sale resulting from DNFR‑initiated communication.
Any attempt to bypass DNFR, avoid commission, or conduct side deals with DNFR
buyers is strictly prohibited and may result in account removal and loss of
listing privileges.
Buyers may not request additional domains or negotiate off-platform sales with
DNFR sellers.
PAYMENTS & COMMISSION
DNFR uses Stripe Split Pay for secure marketplace transactions. Sellers must
connect a Stripe account to receive payouts.
DNFR charges a 12% commission on completed sales. Commission is automatically
deducted when the buyer completes payment. Sellers receive the remaining
balance directly to their connected Stripe account.
All DNFR commission payments are made to Everything Entertainment Biz Inc, the parent company operating DNFR Marketplace.
DOMAIN TRANSFER
After payment is completed, the seller is responsible for transferring the
domain to the buyer promptly and professionally. DNFR is not responsible for
domain transfer, registrar issues, or disputes between buyer and seller.
ACCOUNT REMOVAL
DNFR reserves the right to remove listings or revoke seller privileges for:
• Violations of marketplace standards
• Circumvention or commission evasion
• Fraudulent or misleading submissions
• Failure to transfer domains after sale
AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By submitting a domain through the DNFR Seller Form, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this Seller Agreement.
You acknowledge that DNFR Marketplace is operated by Everything Entertainment Biz Inc, and all payments, commissions, and invoices are processed on its behalf.
