BUYER AGREEMENT
This Buyer Agreement outlines the rules, expectations, and responsibilities
for purchasing domain names on DNFR (Domain Names For Resale). By submitting
an offer or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY MARKETPLACE
DNFR is a curated, family-friendly platform. Buyers may not request, purchase,
or attempt to acquire domains containing:
• Hate speech or extremist content
• Pornography or explicit adult material
• Violence, harassment, or abusive language
• Illegal activity or scam-related terms
• Trademark violations or brand impersonation
• Misleading, harmful, or deceptive content
DNFR may remove listings or cancel transactions that violate these standards.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES
Buyers agree to:
• Submit honest, legitimate offers
• Complete payment promptly if an offer is accepted
• Provide accurate contact information
• Communicate professionally with sellers
• Follow DNFR’s marketplace rules and policies
ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION
Buyers may not request additional domains or negotiate off-platform sales
with DNFR sellers. All communication and transactions must remain within DNFR.
Any attempt to bypass DNFR, avoid marketplace processes, or conduct side deals
with DNFR sellers is strictly prohibited and may result in account removal.
Sellers may not contact buyers outside DNFR to offer additional domains.
Please report any off-platform solicitation to DNFR immediately.
PAYMENTS
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. DNFR uses Stripe Split Pay
to ensure:
• DNFR receives its commission
• Sellers receive their payout
• Transactions remain secure and traceable
All DNFR commission payments are processed on behalf of DNFR Marketplace by Everything Entertainment Biz Inc, the parent company operating DNFR.
DNFR does not store payment information.
OFFERS & ACCEPTANCE
Buyers may submit offers on domains that allow offers. Sellers may:
• Accept the offer
• Decline the offer
• Counter the offer
• Ignore the offer
Sellers are never required to accept an offer.
DOMAIN TRANSFER
After payment is completed:
• The seller is responsible for transferring the domain
• The buyer must cooperate with the transfer process
• DNFR is not responsible for registrar issues or delays
DNFR is a marketplace, not a registrar. All transfers occur between buyer and
seller directly.
DISPUTES
DNFR is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers. However, DNFR
may intervene or remove accounts in cases of:
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Circumvention
• Violation of marketplace standards
ACCOUNT REMOVAL
DNFR reserves the right to remove buyer accounts for:
• Off-platform negotiation
• Attempted commission evasion
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse or harassment
• Violation of marketplace rules
AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By submitting an offer or completing a purchase on DNFR, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this Buyer Agreement.
You also acknowledge that DNFR Marketplace is operated by Everything Entertainment Biz Inc, and all payments, commissions, and invoices are processed on its behalf.
